Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages lost or damaged in transit, we understand that issues can arise. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery:

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will review your case promptly and work with you toward a solution.

If you received the wrong item(s) due to our error, please email us within 2 days with:

Proof of purchase

A photo of the item(s) you received

“Wrong Item Received” in the subject line

We will ship the correct product(s) and provide you with a personal discount code for your next purchase as our apology.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal service. IamLameka Cosmetics is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Damage that occurs in transit

If this occurs, please contact your local postal service to file a claim for reimbursement.

Address Errors & Returned Packages

Please ensure that your full and complete address is entered at checkout, including house/apt/unit numbers.
IamLameka Cosmetics is not responsible for orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake before receiving your confirmation email, you have 1 day to contact us to update your information. After that time, we are unable to make changes or reroute your package.

Allergies & Product Safety

Your safety matters to us. All products are created in a sanitized environment and cleaned following production.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges after 2 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges may only be considered in situations involving damaged or incorrect items, as outlined above.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be:

In original packaging

In the same condition as received
